Responsibilities
- Establish, implement, monitor, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) and other standard systems in compliance with customer, regulatory, and international requirements
- Manage and develop quality systems including ISO 9001, ISO 22716, GMP, HALAL, and other applicable standards
- Plan, conduct, and follow up on internal audits, surveillance audits, and customer audits
- Perform gap analysis and lead continuous improvement projects to enhance system effectiveness
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties (customers, suppliers, certification bodies) on quality and compliance matters
- Lead and manage the Quality System and Document Management (QS / DMS) teams
- Plan and control budgets and resources related to quality system management
- Organize and deliver quality system and standard training across the organization
- Prepare reports and present system performance and improvement initiatives to management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality System / Quality Management roles
- Strong knowledge of ISO, GMP, HALAL, and relevant regulatory requirements
- Hands-on experience in Internal Audit and External Audit
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and RCA skills
- Proven leadership and people management capabilities
- Good command of English communication
- Experience in cosmetics or FMCG manufacturing will be an advantage
