Responsibilities
ภารกิจหลัก :
1. เฝ้าระวังคุณภาพข้อมูลและความถูกต้องของรายงาน/ตัวชี้วัด
2. ตรวจสอบความเสถียรของ Data Pipeline ให้เป็นไปตาม SLA
3. ตรวจจับความผิดปกติของข้อมูลและผลกระทบ เพื่อแก้ไขได้ทันเวลา
หน้าที่ปฏิบัติ :
1. ทำ Data Quality checks (missing, duplicate, outlier, consistency) พร้อม threshold
2. ตรวจสอบ Source Target และทา reconciliation (จานวนแถว/ยอดรวม/logic)
3. ตั้ง ดูแลระบบ alert และจัดการ incident (เปิดเคส ติดตาม ปิดเคส)
4. สรุป monitoring report ทำ RCA แนวทางป้องกันไม่ให้เกิดซ้ำ
5. อัปเดต SOP / Runbook และนิยาม metric / dictionary ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Qualifications
1. วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขา คอมพิวเตอร์
2. ประสบการณ์ 1-2 ปี
3. ความสามารถ Competency Data quality mindset ละเอียดรอบคอบ วิเคราะห์เชิงสถิติพื้นฐาน (trend, anomaly, distribution) แก้ปัญหาเชิงระบบ RCA และประสานงานได้ดี เครื่องมือ SQL, Excel, Power BI / Tableau, Python (พื้นฐาน)
