Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities


  • Manage and oversee Chemical and Microbiological Laboratory operations.
    • Ensure all testing activities are conducted accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Review and approve laboratory test results, analytical reports, and related documentation.
    • Establish, maintain, and improve laboratory procedures, methods, and quality systems.
    • Lead laboratory investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions related to out-of-specification (OOS) results.
    • Ensure laboratory compliance with GMP, ISO standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulations.
    • Manage laboratory equipment calibration, maintenance, and qualification programs.
    • Develop and monitor laboratory KPIs to improve productivity, accuracy, and service levels.
    • Lead and coach laboratory personnel to enhance technical competencies and performance.
    • Support internal and external audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections.
    • Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Production, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, and other departments to ensure product quality and safety.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and laboratory excellence programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Food Science, or related fields.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Laboratory, Quality Control, Microbiology Laboratory, or related functions.

• At least 3 years of management or supervisory experience.

• Strong knowledge of Chemical Testing, Microbiological Testing, Laboratory Quality Systems, and GMP requirements.

• Experience in Cosmetics, Pharmaceutical, Food, FMCG, Chemical, or related manufacturing industries is preferred.

• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 22716, GLP, GMP, and laboratory compliance requirements.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

• Good communication skills in English and Thai.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and laboratory information systems.
