Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall factory operations, including Production, Safety, Environment, Planning, and Warehouse functions.
- Drive productivity, operational efficiency, quality, and cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with SHE standards, ISO systems, and related regulations.
- Oversee production planning, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
- Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support business and operational targets.
- Lead, develop, and strengthen team performance across all functions.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Industrial Management, Supply Chain, Environmental Science, or related fields.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations with at least 5 years at a managerial level.
- Strong experience in Production Management, Safety, Environment, Planning, and Warehouse Operations.
- Experience in FMCG, Cosmetics, Food, Chemical, or related manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge in Quality Management, Continuous Improvement, Process Improvement, Cost Reduction, Root Cause Analysis, and Internal/External Audit Management.
- Knowledge of ISO systems, GMP, Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Warehouse Management, and Continuous Improvement tools.
- Good command of English and computer literacy.
