Responsibilities
1. จัดทำแผนความต้องการใช้วัตถุดิบ และบรรจุภัณฑ์ โดยประสานงานกับหน่วยงานวางแผนและควบคุมการผลิต
2. ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับแผน Master Plan เพื่อให้แผนงานสามารถดำเนินการได้ตามที่กำหนด
3. ติดตามและตรวจสอบแผนงานต่างๆ ดังนี้
3.1 Planned order ทั้ง Confirm order & Forcast order
3.2 Master Plan ของ PR ที่กำหนดไว้ สามารถส่งมอบได้ตามที่ต้องการ หากพบว่าแผนการนำเข้าวัตถุดิบ หรือ
บรรจุภัณฑ์ไม่ตรงตามเป้าหมายที่วางไว้ ให้ดำเนินการตรวจสอบหาสาเหตุเพื่อแก้ไขแผนงาน โดย
ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้แผนงานดำเนินการต่อได้
3.3 ตรวจสอบแผนการนำเข้า และแผนการใช้ของวัตถุดิบและบรรจุภัณฑ์ เพื่อให้สามารถตอบสนองความต้องการ
ของลูกค้าได้
3.4 ตรวจสอบแผนความพร้อมให้เกิดความสัมพันธ์ทั้งชุดสินค้า หากพบแผนการนำเข้าวัตถุดิบ และบรรจุภัณฑ์
เกิดความไม่สอดคล้องกับแผนการใช้ให้ดำเนินการปรับแผนให้เกิดความเหมาะสม
3.5 ตรวจสอบหาสาเหตุสินค้าคงเหลือ (Inventory) เกินความต้องการใช้ พร้อมหาแนวทางป้องกันและแก้ไข
4. สรุปแผนการสั่งซื้อรายเดือน
4.1 แผนการสั่งซื้อวัตถุดิบ , บรรจุภัณฑ์รายเดือน และแผนประจำวัน
4.2 ควบคุมอัตราการใช้หมุนเวียนคงคลังให้เกิดความเหมาะสม
4.3 รายงานตัวเลขสินค้าคงเหลือ (Inventory)ประจำเดือน สาเหตุเกิดจากการลด ,ยกเลิก Order ให้ผู้บังคับบัญชาทราบ
5. วิเคราะห์แผนการทำงาน เพื่อหาแนวทางแก้ไขและการปรับปรุงงาน
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
- ประสบการณ์ 3 ปีขึ้นไป หรือพิจารณาตามความเหมาะสม
- สามารถใช้งาน Microsoft Office, SAP ได้ดี
- มีความละเอยีดรอบคอบ, มีพื้นฐานการคำนวนแม่นยำ , ความสามารถเชิงบริหารเบื้องต้น , การตดิตามงาน
