Responsibilities

1. Technical Support & Installation

• ให้การสนับสนุนด้านเทคนิคสำหรับอุปกรณ์ EM ของ Radiodetection ,Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR), Slope Monitoring Radar, และ Structural Health Monitoring ของ IDS GeoRadar

• ศึกษาสินค้าของเราและคู่แข่ง

• ดำเนินการ ติดตั้ง, ตั้งค่าระบบ, และทดสอบการทำงาน (commissioning) ร่วมกับลูกค้าหรือทีมภาคสนาม

• จัดทำ รายงานผลการทดสอบและตรวจสอบระบบ (Test & Commissioning Report)

2. Training & Demonstration

• จัดเตรียมและดำเนินการ สาธิตการใช้งาน (Product Demonstration) และ ฝึกอบรมลูกค้า (User Training) ทั้งในภาคสนามและในห้องอบรม

• สร้าง คู่มือการใช้งานเบื้องต้น (Quick Guide) หรือ Training Material เพื่อสนับสนุนฝ่ายขายและลูกค้า

• ให้คำปรึกษาการเลือกอุปกรณ์ให้เหมาะสมกับลักษณะงาน (เช่น Utility Mapping, Structure Inspection, Slope Stability)

3. Technical Documentation & Pre-Sales Support

• สนับสนุนทีมขายในการเตรียม Technical Proposal, Product Comparison, และ Quotation Support

• ตรวจสอบ Specification Matching ระหว่างความต้องการลูกค้า (TOR) กับผลิตภัณฑ์ Radiodetection , IDS GeoRadar

• เขียน เอกสารอ้างอิงทางเทคนิค / Drawing / Layout / Workflow Diagram สำหรับการเสนอราคาและนำเสนอ

4. After-Sales & Maintenance

• ตรวจสอบและแก้ไขปัญหาการใช้งานเบื้องต้น (Troubleshooting)

• ดำเนินการ Calibration, Firmware Update, และ Preventive Maintenance ตามรอบที่กำหนด

5. Knowledge Development

• ศึกษาและติดตามเทคโนโลยีใหม่ของ Radiodetection and IDS GeoRadar เช่น RD8200SG,PCMPlus,Chaser, C-Thrue,STREAM DP, Stream UP , IQMAP,AI MAP ,HYDRA,etc.

• เข้าร่วม Online Webinar / Technical Training จากผู้ผลิต และจัดทำ Knowledge Sharing Report ภายในบริษัท

• พัฒนาความรู้ด้าน Geophysical Method, GIS Integration, และ Data Interpretation

Qualifications

• เพศชาย อายุ 30-40 ปี
• วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวโยธา, สำรวจ, ธรณีวิทยา เหมืองแร่

• มีประสบการณ์ในงาน Survey / Mapping / Geophysical / Civil / Utility Detection / Instrumentation จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

• สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (อ่าน Manual / ติดต่อ Technical Support ต่างประเทศได้)

• มีความสามารถในการใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์ เช่น AutoCAD, GIS, หรือ Software วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล GPR

• พร้อมเดินทางต่างจังหวัด / ต่างประเทศ เพื่ออบรมหรือติดตั้งระบบ

• มีความเข้าใจด้าน Radar & GPR Principle

• มีทักษะ Field Operation / Data Acquisition / Interpretation

• มีความละเอียด รอบคอบ และสามารถจัดการเอกสารเทคนิคได้ดี

• มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี สามารถทำงานร่วมกับทีมขายและลูกค้าได้
