Responsibilities
- ดูแลการจัดซื้อ จัดหา และบำรุงรักษาทรัพย์สินสำนักงาน
- จัดทำทะเบียนทรัพย์สินและติดตามการใช้งาน
- ประสานงานกับผู้ขายและผู้ให้บริการสำหรับการซ่อมบำรุง
- สนับสนุนการจัดเตรียมอุปกรณ์และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในสำนักงาน
- ดูแลงานธุรการทั่วไป เช่น การจัดเก็บเอกสารและรับส่งจดหมาย
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาบริหารธุรกิจ, การจัดการ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารงานสำนักงานหรืองานธุรการ 1-3 ปี
- มีความสามารถในการใช้งานโปรแกรม Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) ได้ดี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและมีทักษะการจัดระเบียบงาน
