Responsibilities
1. Track and daily / monthly monitoring check the operating status of solar rooftop system on a daily basis and submit to manager.
2. Summarize the status and operating problems of the customer's solar rooftop solar power generation system and inquire with the customer, recommend basic solutions to the customer and coordinate with other departments to solve problems for customers.
3.Perform other tasks as assigned by manager.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in renewable energy or energy engineering
2. Having experience working in energy analysis or customer service and coordination for 1 year or more.
3. Having experience working in the renewable energy business will be advantage.
4.Detail-oriented, able to work well with others.
5.Able to work under pressure and urgency of time.
6.Have good computer skills especially Microsoft Office programs (Word/Excel)
