Responsibilities
- วางแผน ควบคุม และบริหารการดำเนินงานโครงการโซลาร์ฟาร์มให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานทางวิศวกรรม แผนงาน และเป้าหมายขององค์กร
- กำกับดูแลงานวิศวกรรม การปฏิบัติการ และการบำรุงรักษาระบบผลิตไฟฟ้าพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ รวมถึงระบบสาธารณูปโภคภายในโครงการ
- วิเคราะห์ ปรับปรุง และแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและความพร้อมของระบบผลิตไฟฟ้า
- ควบคุมการดำเนินงานของทีมงาน ผู้รับเหมา และผู้ให้บริการ รวมถึงประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภาครัฐและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- บริหารจัดการแผนบำรุงรักษาและแผนรับมือเหตุฉุกเฉินของโครงการให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
- กำกับดูแลการดำเนินงานให้เป็นไปตามระบบบริหารคุณภาพ นโยบาย และมาตรฐานของบริษัท
- บริหารจัดการทรัพยากรบุคคล พัฒนาศักยภาพทีมงาน และกำกับดูแลให้ปฏิบัติตามระเบียบขององค์กร
- จัดทำรายงาน สรุปผลการดำเนินงาน และนำเสนอข้อมูลต่อผู้บริหาร
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering
- Possession of a Thai Professional Engineering License
- Minimum of 10 years of experience within the renewable energy business
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, design, and construction, with a preference for Solar power plant, Solar Farm, or Solar Rooftop projects
- Strong knowledge of Solar Farm and Solar Rooftop project management
- Proficiency in solar PV system design tools such as AutoCAD, layout software, and SketchUp
- Strong understanding of EPC contracts, Terms of Reference (TOR), and contract negotiation
- Ability to work and travel upcountry, possessing a personal vehicle and a valid driving license
- Fluent in both verbal and written English
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, service-minded approach, enthusiasm, positive attitude, and strong work ethic

ในบทบาท Project Engineer ระดับอาวุโสนี้ คุณจะได้วางแผน ควบคุม และบริหารจัดการโครงการโซลาร์ฟาร์มให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานวิศวกรรมและเป้าหมายที่กำหนด คุณจะรับผิดชอบการกำกับดูแลงานวิศวกรรม การปฏิบัติการ และการบำรุงรักษาระบบผลิตไฟฟ้าพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ พร้อมทั้งวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและความพร้อมของระบบ นอกจากนี้ คุณยังต้องบริหารจัดการทีมงาน ผู้รับเหมา และประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภาครัฐ รวมถึงจัดทำรายงานและนำเสนอข้อมูลต่อผู้บริหาร เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าโครงการดำเนินไปอย่างราบรื่นและมีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด
