Responsibilities

• Work with RSM to managed distributors in own are aligned business target, year plan and strategic and created KPI Scorecard to measure with Distributors for business success.

• Work with distributor and develop credit sales and cash van sales and plan routing for sales

• Proposed special program to get the approval from Channel Sales for driving business within area.

• Control expenses and trade spending within the approval budget.

• Lead sales team and work with Distributor to achieve target company

• Responsible target and sales planning and problem solving with team by month and Quarterly.

• Retain customers and increase new customers to increase sales shot term and Long term.

• Supervise and coach sales team in field execution in order to promotion.

• Responsible for the operation and development of the sales team.

• Data analysis to find the opportunity for growth and efficiency.

• Responsibilities and take care benefit of distributor such as claim budget tracking.

• Develop strong relationship with Distributor and Local Key Accounts within the Area.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Master Degree in Marketing or related fields.

• 5-10 years in sales function, managing wholesalers, sub-wholesalers, distributors. Experiences in FMCG, Consumer products,

• Experience in Modern Off-trade will be a plus.

• Strong negotiation and people management kills

• Positive Thinking with very good Communication Skill.

• Problem solving skill and good analytical skill
