1. ควบคุม และแก้ไขปัญหาในกระบวนผลิตให้ได้ประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด

2. ควบคุมกระบวนการผลิตให้ถูกต้องตามมาตรฐานการผลิต

3. ดำเนินการพัฒนาปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิต

4. ควบคุมให้พนักงานสวมใส่อุปกรณ์ PPE และปฏิบัติงานตามกฎความปลอดภัย

5. ดูแลรักษาเครื่องจักร อุปกรณ์ และพื้นที่การผลิตตามหลักเกเกณฑ์ของ 5

• ปริญญาตรี วิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ วิศวกรรมเคมี  วิศวกรรมการผลิต หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ประสบการณ์ ด้านการผลิตในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม หรือลักษณะงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง 1-3 ปี
• มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการจัดการความปลอดภัยในโรงงาน
• มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบคุณภาพ IS00001, ISO14001, GMP, Halal

• ทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ (Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and E - mail)

•มีทักษะในการแก้ไขปัญหา และตัดสินใจ

•มีทักษะในการคำนวณประสิทธิภาพการผลิต (OEE) และปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิต (Lean/Kaizen)

Sherwood Corporation (Thailand) Public Company Limited Manufactures and markets chemical product for house-hold and industrial usage, agrochemicals and public health. All products containing technical material, the substance which requires proper licensed by FDA, the ministry of public health or the Department of Agriculture, the Ministry of Agriculture and Co-operative or the Ministry of industry and containing quality control in every batch. The Company strives to continually develop and improve existing products and also to create new products trough its research and development department. The company currently markets approximately 120 products under 100 trademarks.
