Packaging Development Officer (Wellgrow Industrial Estate) - Sherwood Corporation (Thailand) Public Company Limited

1. การออกแบบ, คัดเลือกและการทดสอบบรรจุภัณฑ์ :

• ออกแบบโครงสร้างและคัดเลือกวัสดุบรรจุภัณฑ์ที่เหมาะสม

• จัดส่งข้อมูลบรรจุภัณฑ์ให้แผนกจัดซื้อเพื่อหาผู้ขายและใบเสนอราคา

• จัดส่ง Key Line Drawing และข้อมูลด้านวัสดุบรรจุภัณฑ์ให้แผนกออกแบบฯ เพื่อใช้ออกแบบฉลาก

• ติดต่อประสานงานกับผู้ขายเพื่อขอเอกสาร Packaging Specification / Drawing / COA และขอตัวอย่างบรรจุภัณฑ์มาทดสอบคุณภาพ

• ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสาร และทดสอบคุณภาพบรรจุภัณฑ์ในห้องปฏิบัติการ

• จัดเตรียมตัวอย่างบรรจุภัณฑ์และเอกสารสำหรับการทดสอบบรรจุภัณฑ์ในกระบวนการผลิตเพื่อส่งให้หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องทำการทดสอบ

• การทดสอบรูปแบบการบรรจุ, การทำงานของเครื่องจักรอันสืบเนื่องจากการเปลี่ยนบรรจุภัณฑ์และการแพ็คสินค้าสำเร็จรูป พร้อมจัดเตรียมตัวอย่างสินค้าและบรรจุภัณฑ์ให้แผนกที่ทำการร้องขอ

2.การเตรียม, ตรวจสอบและจัดทำเอกสาร :

• การจัดเตรียมข้อมูลสินค้าและบรรจุภัณฑ์ใหม่หรือที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลง เพื่อส่งให้หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในการตั้งรหัส

• ติดตามผลการทดสอบคุณภาพบรรจุภัณฑ์ในกระบวนการผลิต

• ติดตามใบเสนอราคาจากแผนกจัดซื้อ และรวบรวมข้อมูลเอกสารบรรจุภัณฑ์ทั้งหมด

• จัดทำ Packaging Specification, เอกสารแจ้งดำเนินการสั่งซื้อบรรจุภัณฑ์

• ติดตามงานบรรจุภัณฑ์ใหม่และการเปลี่ยนแปลงบรรจุภัณฑ์ หรือรายละเอียดของสินค้า อันมีผลทำให้รูปแบบการบรรจุเปลี่ยนแปลง

• เพื่อนำข้อมูลมาจัดทำ Product Packaging และ BOM

• จัดเตรียมต้นแบบและมาตรฐานบรรจุภัณฑ์ให้แผนกประกันคุณภาพ

• จัดทำเอกสารต่าง ๆ เกี่ยวกับบรรจุภัณฑ์และสอดคล้องกับระบบ ISO ให้เป็นหมวดหมู่ ดูแลควบคุมงานให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายและแผนการออกสินค้า

• ติดตามคุณภาพบรรจุภัณฑ์ปัจจุบัน และปรับคุณภาพ เมื่อตรวจพบปัญหาหรือได้รับข้อร้องเรียน

3.ระบบฐานข้อมูล : จัดทำและดูแลฐานข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับบรรจุภัณฑ์ เช่น ใบขอทดสอบคุณภาพบรรจุภัณฑ์, Packaging Specification, เอกสารแจ้งดำเนินการสั่งซื้อบรรจุภัณฑ์, จัดทำคู่มือ WI ของการทดสอบบรรจุภัณฑ์, Product Packing, BOM

• 1 -3 years Experiences on Packaging Development , Packaging Technology or Research and Development

• Bachelor or Higher degree in Packaging Technology , Materials science and related fields.

• Have experience on PKG (bottle/cap) interface with filling line, End of Line packing.

• Understand and has experiences on developing label decoration, material behave for right suggestion to Marketing.

• Good command for English language

• Prove ability to take responsibility for task management.

• Creative thinking & Positive and responsive attitude.

• Working : 5 Day (08.00-17.00)
