Responsibilities
- รับและตรวจสอบคำสั่งซื้อจากฝ่ายขาย พร้อมยืนยันกำหนดการส่งมอบสินค้า
- ตรวจสอบปริมาณสินค้าคงคลัง และประสานงานยืนยันสถานะคำสั่งซื้อกับฝ่ายขาย
- เปิดใบขอซื้อ (PR) สำหรับสินค้า OEM ให้ถูกต้องและครบถ้วนตามความต้องการ
- จัดเตรียมเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการผลิต เช่น Sticker, Tag, Sign และเอกสารสนับสนุนอื่น ๆ
- ปรับปรุงและสื่อสารแผนการผสม รวมถึงแผนการผลิตประจำวันให้กับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายผลิต จัดซื้อ QC/QL และฝ่ายขาย เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปตามแผน
- สนับสนุนงานด้านการวางแผนและงานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- อายุไม่เกิน 30 ปี ไม่จำกัดเพศ
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาการจัดการ การบริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานวางแผน งานธุรการ หรือ Supply Chain 0–3 ปีขึ้นไป
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office โดยเฉพาะ Excel และ Word ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล วางแผน และแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า
- มีทักษะการประสานงานและการสื่อสารที่ดี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ รับผิดชอบ และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
