Human Resource Business Partner (Wellgrow Industrial Estate) - Sherwood Corporation (Thailand) Public Company Limited

• Collaborate with unit managers within the factory to provide and implement HR practices, ensuring all units meet their targets.
• Plan and manage recruitment processes in alignment with HR strategies.
• Ensure legal compliance across all human resource management functions.
• Report HR metrics to management and provide data-driven decision support.
• Work closely with the leadership team to help employees understand company objectives.
• Arrange activities according to the HR Calendar.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience across overall HR functions.
• Experience in HR within a factory or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
