Responsibilities
- ดูแลและสนับสนุนระบบ Network และ Network Security
- ให้การสนับสนุนด้าน Network/Security ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- ดูแล ตรวจสอบ และแก้ไขปัญหาอุปกรณ์ Network และ Security เพื่อให้ระบบสามารถใช้งานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและต่อเนื่อง
- ดูแลและบริหารจัดการ Cisco ACI รวมถึงอุปกรณ์ Network ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ดูแลและแก้ไขปัญหา Firewall Palo Alto รวมถึงตรวจสอบ Configuration และ Troubleshooting เบื้องต้น
- วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาด้าน Network/Security พร้อมประสานงานกับทีมที่เกี่ยวข้องเมื่อพบปัญหาที่ซับซ้อน
- ให้คำแนะนำและสนับสนุนการใช้งานระบบแก่ทีมงานและผู้เกี่ยวข้องของผู้ใช้งาน
- จัดทำเอกสารหรือรายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการปฏิบัติงานและการแก้ไขปัญหา
Qualifications
- ประสบการณ์ด้าน Network and Security Engineer มากกว่า 3-5 ปี
- มีความรู้ด้าน Cisco, ACI, firewall palo
- หากมี Certificate จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- Working hours: 5x8 (Onsite)
- Time: 08:30-17:30
- สถานที่ปฏิบัติงานจังหวัดชลบุรี
