Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Support annual business planning and monitor departmental KPIs and operational performance.
• Track and follow up SMQCDE performance through Tree Diagram and other management tools.
• Prepare and control department budgets, investment plans, and operating expenses.
• Monitor manpower planning, overtime utilization, and resource allocation.
• Manage department assets, low-value equipment, and related records.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and management reports for business performance review.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure project execution aligns with business plans.
• Support documentation and regulatory requirements related to factory, buildings, machinery, and IEAT permits.
• Participate in process improvement and digitalization initiatives to enhance planning efficiency.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Planning, Cost Control, Budget Planning, Project Coordination, Production Planning, or Business Analysis.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience preparing management reports and analyzing business data.
- Good coordination and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of investment planning, budget control, or factory administration is an advantage.
- Knowledge of IEAT regulations, factory permits, or environmental management is a plus.
- Good command of English.
