Final Inspection Engineering - Thai Honda Co., Ltd.

Lead and manage final inspection projects to ensure product quality, cost, and delivery targets are achieved.

Plan and control all final inspection activities before product shipment to customers.

Establish and maintain inspection standards and procedures in compliance with customer requirements, engineering specifications, and company quality standards.

Analyze quality issues identified during the final inspection process and perform root cause analysis using appropriate quality methodologies.

Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Suppliers to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.

Ensure all finished products meet customer specifications, safety requirements, and company quality standards before shipment

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.

Experience in Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), or Final Inspection within the automotive industry.

Understands motorcycle function and quality issue in automotive field will be advantaged

Knowledge of quality analysis methods: Why Analysis, 8D Analysis, FTA.

Ability to read and understanding engineering drawings

Strong problem-solving skills and good command of English

Ability to work under pressure and make effective decisions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
