Responsibilities
- ตรวจสอบสภาพเครื่องจักร อุปกรณ์ และระบบทางกลก่อนและหลังการปฏิบัติงาน ให้พร้อมใช้งานตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัย พร้อมบันทึกผลการตรวจสอบ
- ปฏิบัติงานซ่อมบำรุงอุปกรณ์และระบบทางกล เช่น ระบบส่งกำลัง ปั๊ม วาล์ว ระบบท่อ และอุปกรณ์เครื่องจักรภายในโรงไฟฟ้า
- ดำเนินงานบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) และบำรุงรักษาเชิงแก้ไข (Corrective Maintenance) ตามแผนงานที่กำหนด
- วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาขัดข้องของเครื่องจักร รวมถึงการซ่อมแซม เปลี่ยนชิ้นส่วน และปรับตั้งอุปกรณ์ให้สามารถกลับมาใช้งานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- กำกับดูแลและตรวจสอบการปฏิบัติงานของผู้รับเหมาให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานด้านความปลอดภัย คุณภาพ และข้อกำหนดของโรงงาน
- จัดทำบันทึก รายงานการซ่อมบำรุง และประวัติการบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง (ปวส.) สาขาเครื่องกล, เทคนิคการผลิต, ช่างกลโรงงาน หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องจักรอุตสาหกรรม 3 – 5 ปี
- มีความรู้และความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับระบบเครื่องกล เครื่องจักรอุตสาหกรรม ระบบส่งกำลัง ปั๊ม วาล์ว และระบบท่อ
- สามารถดำเนินงานซ่อมบำรุงบนที่สูงและในพื้นที่อับอากาศ (Confined Space) ได้อย่างถูกต้องตามข้อกำหนดด้านความปลอดภัยและระบบอนุญาตทำงาน (Permit to Work)
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานในสภาพแวดล้อมโรงไฟฟ้าหรือโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม ซึ่งอาจมีฝุ่นละออง เสียงดัง ความร้อน สารเคมี หรือปัจจัยด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมอื่น ๆ โดยปฏิบัติตามมาตรการความปลอดภัยของบริษัท
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องจักรในโรงไฟฟ้าหรือโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานนอกสถานที่หรือในต่างจังหวัดได้ (อยุธยา, สระบุรี, ชลบุรี, หรือ ปราจีนบุรี)
