Responsibilities
Brief Outline of Main Duties
Install, commission, and provide customer training for Makino CNC milling machines in accordance with company standards and procedures.
Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and machine inspections to ensure maximum machine reliability, efficiency, and performance.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and CNC control system issues, and implement effective corrective actions.
Ensure all assigned service activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and completed within the committed response time.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering professional technical support and high-quality field service.
Prepare and submit accurate service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation in a timely manner.
Provide technical recommendations to customers regarding machine operation, maintenance, and performance improvement.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues and effective service delivery.
Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards while performing field service activities.
Support emergency breakdown calls and provide after-hours service when required to minimize customer downtime..
Qualifications
Range 26-35 years.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics engineering.
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of CNC machining centers.
Experience in servicing and reparing 5-axis CNC machining and working with Fanac controls are added advantage.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English with strong customer service orientation.
Must be able to interact and effectively communicate in person and over the phone with people at all levels of an organization.
Proven ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, PLC ladder diagrams, hydraulic circuits, and pneumatic circuit
Basic computer literacy and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Must be adaptable to changes in the work environment, able to manage competing demands, and capable of dealing with frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events.
Must be willing to travel to customer sites throughout Thailand's major industrial areas and stay in hotels near customer locations when required for extended service assignments.
Must be willing to work overtime, including Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, as required.
Must possess a personal vehicle for customer visits. Mileage reimbursement will be provided in accordance with the company's travel reimbursement policy for business-related travel.
