Finance And Accounting Manager - Makino (Thailand) Co.,Ltd.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Finance, Accounting, and warehouse control functions.

• Manage financial closing, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.

• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.

• Prepare management reports, presentations, and board meeting materials.

• Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.

• Drive SAP, process improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.

• Lead, coach, and develop the finance team while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

• CPD qualification required; CPA is an advantage.

• Minimum 8 years of progressive Finance & Accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, engineering, machinery distribution, trading, or project-based businesses.

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, compliance, and internal controls.

• Experience with SAP and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a hands-on and practical approach.

• Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members

• Strong interpersonal skill with the ability to build trust and work effectively with employees and stakeholders at all levels of the organization and drive improvement through collaboration and influence.

• Good command of English and willingness to embrace digital tools, automation, AI, and continuous improvement initiatives.
