Responsibilities
1. Energy Management and Reporting
- Prepare and submit the annual energy management report and other related reports to government authorities (DEDE, ERC).
- Collect, analyze, and report electricity consumption data and solar rooftop power generation data.
- Verify and certify the accuracy of energy data for the controlled factory.
2. Energy Monitoring, Analysis, and Efficiency Improvement
- Inspect and analyze energy consumption per unit of machinery and equipment.
- Analyze energy usage trends (Trend / Peak / Load Pattern).
- Investigate abnormal energy consumption.
- Prepare energy-related KPIs such as:
- kWh per production unit
- Electricity cost per sales revenue
- Energy saving percentage
- Propose improvement measures and implement energy conservation initiatives to maximize efficiency.
- Support the establishment of energy conservation targets and plans for the factory.
3. Electrical System and Solar Rooftop Control
- Monitor and control the Power Factor and the operation of the Capacitor Bank in accordance with electricity authority standards.
- Supervise, maintain, and inspect the solar rooftop system to ensure efficiency and operational readiness.
4. Coordination and Support Projects
- Coordinate with internal and external organizations.
- Liaise with government agencies regarding support programs or funding related to energy conservation.
5. Standards, Safety, and Legal Compliance
- Comply with relevant laws, regulations, and requirements.
- Follow company policies and operate in accordance with international standards such as ISO, quality management systems, safety systems, and environmental systems.
Qualifications
- Gender: Male
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Field of Study: Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related fields
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the energy field
