Responsibilities
- วางแผนและบริหารจัดการงานขนส่งทั้งหมดของบริษัท ให้มีประสิทธิภาพและตรงตามแผนงาน
- บริหารจัดการการใช้รถขนส่งทุกประเภท เช่น รถขนาดเล็ก รถขนาดใหญ่ รถปิคอัพ และรถขนส่งเฉพาะทาง
- ประสานงานและกำหนดการใช้รถขนส่งจากผู้ให้บริการภายนอก (Outsource/Third Party) ให้เหมาะสมกับปริมาณงานและต้นทุน
- จัดทำใบกำกับเที่ยวรถ (Trip Sheet / Transport Order) และควบคุมความถูกต้องของข้อมูลการขนส่ง
- ติดตามและควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานของรถขนส่งให้เป็นไปตามแผน เวลา และเส้นทางที่กำหนด
- จัดทำและสรุปรายงานเที่ยวรถขนส่งประจำวัน / ประจำเดือน เพื่อนำเสนอผู้บังคับบัญชา
- วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการขนส่ง เช่น ต้นทุน ระยะทาง เวลา และประสิทธิภาพการใช้รถ เพื่อปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงาน
- ประสานงานกับแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น คลังสินค้า ฝ่ายผลิต ฝ่ายขาย และผู้ให้บริการขนส่ง
- ควบคุมให้การขนส่งเป็นไปตามกฎหมาย ข้อกำหนดด้านความปลอดภัย และนโยบายของบริษัท
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปริญญาตรี สาขาโลจิสติกส์ การจัดการซัพพลายเชน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความรู้และความเข้าใจด้านการวางแผนงานขนส่ง การบริหารจัดการรถขนส่งหลายประเภท เช่น รถเล็ก รถใหญ่ รถปิคอัพ และรถภายนอก
- มีความสามารถในการวางแผนตารางการใช้รถและเส้นทางขนส่งให้เหมาะสมกับปริมาณงาน เวลา และต้นทุน
- มีประสบการณ์หรือความรู้ในการจัดทำใบกำกับเที่ยวรถ และการสรุปรายงานเที่ยวรถประจำวัน/ประจำเดือน
- สามารถประสานงานกับพนักงานขับรถ ผู้ให้บริการขนส่งภายนอก และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้านการขนส่ง เช่น ค่าใช้จ่าย ระยะทาง และประสิทธิภาพการใช้รถ
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Excel และโปรแกรมสำนักงานอื่น ๆ เพื่อจัดทำรายงานได้
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ รับผิดชอบสูง และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
- มีทักษะการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า และการตัดสินใจหน้างานได้อย่างเหมาะสม
