Responsibilities
1. ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของคําสั่งซื้อจากลูกค้า เช่น รายการสินค้า ราคา และส่วนลด ให้เป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขที่กําหนด
2. บันทึกและเปิดคําสั่งซื้อของลูกค้าในระบบ SAP อย่างถูกต้องและครบถ้วน
3. ติดตาม ประสานงาน และแจ้งกําหนดการส่งมอบสินค้าให้ลูกค้าทราบ
4. จัดเตรียมเอกสารต่างๆตามที่ลูกค้าร้องขอ เช่น แบบสํารวจต่างๆและเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อสนับสนุนการดําเนินงานด้านการขาย
5. ให้บริการและสนับสนุนงานด้านคําสั่งซื้อแก่ลูกค้า เช่น ตรวจสอบความพร้อมของสินค้าคงคลัง การสอบถามสถานะการผลิต และข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องอื่นๆ
6. ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
1. จบการศึกษาวุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การตลาด วิศวกรรม หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง (ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่)
2. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการประสานงานฝ่ายขายหรือบริการลูกค้า จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
3. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office โดยเฉพาะ Word, Excel ได้ดี
4. หากมีประสบการณ์ใช้ระบบ SAP หรือ ERP จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
5. มีทักษะด้านการประสานงานและการสื่อสารที่ดี
6. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และสามารถจัดการเอกสารได้อย่างถูกต้อง
7. มีทักษะการแก้ไขปัญหา และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
8. มีใจรักงานบริการ (Service Mind) และสามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี
9. มีคะแนน TOEIC ขั้นต่ำ 550 คะแนนขึ้นไป
