Responsibilities
- Travel overseas to visit customers and build strong business relationships
- Be able to stay abroad for business trips as assigned
- Prepare quotations and related sales documents
- Process customer orders and ensure accuracy of order details
- Follow up on orders and coordinate with related internal departments to ensure smooth delivery
- Communicate with international customers to maintain and expand business opportunities
- Coordinate export processes and ensure documentation complies with international trade requirements
- Identify new market opportunities and support international sales growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 1–3 years of experience in export or international sales
- Knowledge of export processes and documentation is required
- Experience in handling international customers and sales activities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP system
- Good command of English (both written and spoken)
- Ability to communicate effectively with international customers via conversation and written communication
- Strong interpersonal and sales skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships
