Responsibilities
• Analyze and resolve production-related issues to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations.
• Collect, monitor, and analyze production data to support process improvement initiatives.
• Support production activities to ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain production standards, work instructions, and operating procedures.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to troubleshoot and resolve equipment and production process issues.
• Improve production efficiency by optimizing processes, reducing waste, and increasing productivity.
• Monitor machine performance, investigate abnormalities, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Comply with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations, and report unsafe conditions, near misses, incidents, or accidents immediately.
• Adhere to company management systems, including Quality Management Systems (QMS), Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (OH&S), and Environmental Management Systems (EMS).
• Support and participate in company policies, objectives, programs, and continuous improvement activities.
• Perform other duties and special assignments as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Experience in production engineering or in a cable manufacturing plant is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in computer programs for design and manufacturing.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in manufacturing.
