Responsibilities
• Supervise and guide subordinates to ensure assigned tasks are completed effectively and monitor work progress.
• Control and improve departmental work processes and systems to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Prepare, review, and maintain engineering documents, including Specifications, Technical Data, Material Weight Unit, Manufacturing Guide, Base Planning Object, Material Codes, and Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Study, analyze, and improve work processes and systems to enhance productivity, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Design and develop new cable products, and review or improve existing cable designs to optimize performance and manufacturability.
• Provide technical support and consultation to customers and internal departments.
• Coach and develop team members to improve their knowledge, skills, and understanding of assigned tasks.
• Monitor and control product design and development activities to ensure compliance with customer requirements and applicable standards and certifications, such as TISI, IEC, and TÜV SÜD.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure projects and activities are completed according to objectives.
• Participate in company activities and support corporate initiatives as assigned.
• Delegate tasks appropriately and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
• Comply with company regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure all activities are performed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and recommend training and development plans for subordinates.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Management, Environmental Management, Occupational Health & Safety, and customer-specific requirements adopted by the company.
• Promote workplace safety by ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), reporting incidents and unsafe conditions, and supporting corrective and preventive actions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Comply with all company safety policies and regulations.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in electrical cable product design will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of engineering calculations, technical documentation, and computer applications.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
