Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage the database used as Master Data for production planning to support the company's Digital Planning initiative.
  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of production planning data.
  • Prepare and summarize the daily production plan for communication with relevant departments.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to support meetings, performance reviews, and data analysis.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to the Production Coordination function and related systems.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support efficient production planning and operations.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and data management processes to enhance Digital Planning capabilities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in factory documentation, production planning, or database/master data management will be an advantage.
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., PivotTable, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and other related functions).
  • Knowledge of database management, SQL, Power BI, or other data analysis tools is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
  • Willing to learn, adaptable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
