Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, as well as meeting documents related to recruitment activities.
- Monitor, follow up, and coordinate with relevant departments to support recruitment processes and ensure hiring plans are achieved.
- Collect, maintain, and update recruitment data and related personnel records.
- Prepare and manage documentation related to recruitment and HR administrative processes.
- Support recruitment activities, including candidate interviews and new employee onboarding.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in administrative work, documentation, or recruitment within a manufacturing environment will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
