Responsibilities
1. IT Support & Helpdesk
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end users.
- Install software and configure computers, notebooks, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and internal business applications.
- Manage user accounts, including creating, deleting, modifying, and resetting passwords.
- Prepare user manuals and provide user guidance.
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment maintenance and issue resolution.
2. Server & System Administration
- Administer and maintain physical and virtual servers.
- Manage Active Directory (AD), File Sharing, Print Server, and Backup systems.
- Monitor server performance and resolve system issues.
- Manage user access permissions in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain backup systems and perform data restore testing.
- Maintain system configuration and IT asset inventory documentation.
3. Network Infrastructure
- Monitor and maintain network, internet, Wi-Fi, and network infrastructure.
- Configure and monitor switches, routers, firewalls, and access points.
- Troubleshoot network-related issues.
- Maintain branch office connectivity and internal network systems.
- Monitor network performance and stability.
4. IT Security
- Maintain security systems, including firewalls, antivirus, EDR, and access control.
- Monitor and respond to cybersecurity security events.
- Implement and maintain IT security policies and standards.
- Manage system patching and security updates.
- Support IT audit and cybersecurity compliance activities.
5. Data Center & Facility
- Maintain equipment and environmental conditions in the data center.
- Monitor power systems, air conditioning, UPS, and emergency power systems.
- Monitor CCTV systems and related equipment.
- Ensure the availability and reliability of the organization's IT infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Networking, and IT Security.
- Knowledge of Backup, Virtualization, or Cloud technologies is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willing to work outside normal business hours or provide on-call support when required.
- Certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, Fortinet, CompTIA, or other relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Experience in Cybersecurity or a Security Operations Center (SOC) environment is an advantage.
- Experience managing cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, or Amazon Web Services (AWS) is an advantage.
- Knowledge of ISO 27001 or IT policies is an advantage.
- Minimum TOEIC score of 550 required.
