Responsibilities
- Check Stock S5 cutting orders from the Sales Department in the SAP system and print the cutting order lists for CP08, CP10, CP12, CP13, and wheel-finding personnel.
- Enter Stock S5 data received from the Wrapping Department into the SAP system.
- Prepare Packing Lists.
- Prepare reports related to Stock S5.
- Record data in logbooks and the computer system.
- Control and coordinate operations in each assigned work area.
- Perform duties in strict accordance with work instructions and related operating procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 0–1 year of work experience.
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Good data analysis and report preparation skills.
- Able to coordinate and communicate effectively with various departments.
- Able to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
- Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and punctual.
