Responsibilities
1. งานด้าน IT Support & Helpdesk
- ให้บริการและแก้ไขปัญหาด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ Hardware / Software แก่ผู้ใช้งาน
- ติดตั้ง ลงโปรแกรม และ Configure เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ Notebook Printer และอุปกรณ์ IT
- Support ระบบ Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office และระบบงานภายในองค์กร
- ดูแลบัญชีผู้ใช้งาน (User Account) เช่น เพิ่ม ลบ แก้ไข Reset Password
- จัดทำคู่มือการใช้งานและให้คำแนะนำแก่ผู้ใช้งาน
- ประสานงานกับ Vendor กรณีซ่อมบำรุงหรือแก้ไขปัญหา
2. งานด้าน Server & System Administration
- ดูแลและบริหารจัดการ Server ภายในองค์กร ทั้ง Physical และ Virtual Server
- ดูแลระบบ Active Directory (AD), File Sharing, Print Server และระบบ Backup
- ตรวจสอบสถานะการทำงานของระบบ Server และจัดการปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น
- บริหารจัดการสิทธิ์การเข้าถึงระบบตามนโยบายองค์กร
- ดูแลระบบ Backup และทดสอบการกู้คืนข้อมูล (Restore)
- จัดทำเอกสาร Configuration และ Inventory ของระบบ
3. งานด้าน Network Infrastructure
- ดูแลและตรวจสอบระบบ Network, Internet, Wi-Fi และอุปกรณ์เครือข่าย
- Configure และ Monitor Switch, Router, Firewall และ Access Point
- วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาด้านเครือข่าย
- ดูแลการเชื่อมต่อระบบสาขาและระบบภายในองค์กร
- ตรวจสอบประสิทธิภาพและความเสถียรของระบบเครือข่าย
4. งานด้าน IT Security
- ดูแลระบบ Security เช่น Firewall, Antivirus, EDR และ Access Control
- ตรวจสอบและติดตามเหตุการณ์ด้านความปลอดภัยทางไซเบอร์
- ดำเนินการตามมาตรฐานและนโยบายด้าน IT Security ขององค์กร
- ดูแลการอัปเดต Patch และ Security ของระบบ
- สนับสนุนการตรวจสอบด้าน IT Audit และ Cyber Security
5. งานด้าน Data Center & Facility
- ดูแลอุปกรณ์และสภาพแวดล้อมภายในห้อง Data Center
- ตรวจสอบระบบไฟฟ้า เครื่องปรับอากาศ UPS และระบบไฟฉุกเฉิน
- ตรวจสอบระบบ CCTV และอุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ดูแลความพร้อมใช้งานของระบบ Infrastructure ภายในองค์กร
Qualifications
- จบปริญญาตรีสาขาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ วิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารจัดการและดูแลระบบ Infrastructure อย่างน้อย 3-4 ปี ครอบคลุม Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP และระบบเครือข่ายองค์กร (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi)
- มีประสบการณ์ในการใช้งานหรือบริหารจัดการ Cloud Platform เช่น AWS, Huawei Cloud, Microsoft Azure รวมถึง Microsoft 365 จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีประสบการณ์ในการบริหารจัดการระบบ Backup และ Disaster Recovery รวมถึงการทดสอบการกู้คืนข้อมูล (Restore & Recovery)
- สามารถวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหา (Troubleshooting) ด้านระบบ Infrastructure, Network และ Security ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การนำเสนอ และการประสานงานที่ดี พร้อมมีจิตใจรักงานบริการ (Service Mind)
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานนอกเวลาทำการ, On-call Support หรือเข้าดำเนินการแก้ไขเหตุขัดข้องในกรณีฉุกเฉินได้
- มีความรู้ด้าน ISO 27001 หรือ IT Policy
- มีคะแนน TOEIC ขั้นต่ำ 550 คะแนนขึ้นไป
