AI Engineer (Enterprise AI & Digital Transformation) - Bangkok Cable Co., Ltd.

 • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain AI applications, AI chatbots, AI assistants, and AI agents to support business operations.  • Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions that enable AI to answer questions from enterprise documents and knowledge bases with source citations.  • Prepare and manage AI knowledge sources such as PDFs, Word documents, Excel files, SharePoint content, relational databases, and internal enterprise data.  • Design prompts, system instructions, guardrails, and AI workflows to improve response quality, controllability, and reduce hallucination.  • Integrate AI applications with internal systems such as databases, PostgreSQL, SAP, SharePoint, REST APIs, Power Platform, and Microsoft Copilot Studio.  • Support the development of vector databases such as PostgreSQL with pgvector for semantic search and knowledge retrieval.  • Design and develop APIs or backend services required for AI integration with business systems.  • Work with users to gather requirements, analyze pain points, conduct UAT, collect feedback, and improve solutions after go-live. • Maintain technical documentation such as architecture diagrams, system flows, data dictionaries, prompt designs, API specifications, user guides, and knowledge articles. • Follow organizational practices for AI governance, data privacy, access control, logging, monitoring, and responsible AI.
