AI Engineer (Enterprise AI & Digital Transformation) - Bangkok Cable Co., Ltd.

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain AI applications, AI chatbots, AI assistants, and AI agents to support
business operations.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions that enable AI to answer questions from enterprise
documents and knowledge bases with source citations.
• Prepare and manage AI knowledge sources such as PDFs, Word documents, Excel files, SharePoint content,
relational databases, and internal enterprise data.
• Design prompts, system instructions, guardrails, and AI workflows to improve response quality, controllability,
and reduce hallucination.
• Integrate AI applications with internal systems such as databases, PostgreSQL, SAP, SharePoint, REST APIs,
Power Platform, and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Support the development of vector databases such as PostgreSQL with pgvector for semantic search and
knowledge retrieval.
• Design and develop APIs or backend services required for AI integration with business systems.
• Work with users to gather requirements, analyze pain points, conduct UAT, collect feedback, and improve
solutions after go-live.
• Maintain technical documentation such as architecture diagrams, system flows, data dictionaries, prompt
designs, API specifications, user guides, and knowledge articles.
• Follow organizational practices for AI governance, data privacy, access control, logging, monitoring, and
responsible AI.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field. 
•  1-3+ years of experience in AI Engineering, Software Development, Data Engineering, Automation, Backend Development, or a related role. 
•  Fresh graduates with strong AI, chatbot, data, software, or automation project portfolios may also be considered. 
•  Hands-on skills in Python and SQL. 
•  Basic understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, AI Chatbots, or AI Applications. 
•  Experience or understanding of PostgreSQL, REST APIs, JSON, authentication, and data integration. 
•  Understanding of RAG, chunking, embeddings, vector search, citation, and knowledge base design. 
•  Experience with or willingness to learn Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Power Platform, and Microsoft enterprise AI tools.
•  Understanding of AI governance, access control, data privacy, responsible AI, and AI risks such as hallucination, data leakage, and prompt injection. 
•  Positive attitude, willingness to learn new technologies, and ownership from requirement gathering through go live and support.
• Minimum TOEIC score of 550 required.
