Production Engineer - Bangkok Cable Co., Ltd.

1. Production Control and Monitoring

• Plan and control production to ensure it aligns with the production plan.
• Analyze and resolve issues affecting the production process.
• Coordinate with the Planning Department, Quality Department, and Maintenance Department.

2. Production Quality Control

• Monitor product quality issues.
• Analyze the root cause of problems.
• Follow up on issues occurring during the production process.
• Prepare preventive and corrective action measures.

3. Machine Improvement and Production Process Enhancement

• Monitor and coordinate machine-related issues that impact production.
• Follow up on machine improvement activities.
• Develop new equipment or working methods to improve efficiency.

4. Supervision of Production Personnel

• Provide consultation and guidance to supervisors and employees.
• Develop employees' skills.
• Control operations to ensure compliance with standards.
• Support QCC (Quality Control Circle) activities.

5. Safety and Environmental Management

• Monitor and follow up on 5S activities.
• Ensure employees comply with safety regulations.

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering,Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
Years of Experience: 1–3 years

1. Experience in production control within the industrial sector, 1–3 years.
2. Experience in analysis, process improvement, and problem-solving.
3. Good management skills, teamwork, and communication skills.

1. Ability to read engineering drawings and good computer proficiency.
2. Strong analytical skills for process improvement.
3. Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, and QCC (Candidates with basic knowledge of QC 7 Tools will be given special consideration.)
4. Able to work well under pressure and solve immediate problems effectively.
5. Good command of English, both written and spoken.
6. Positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning new things.
