Responsibilities
1. การบริหารความปลอดภัยด้านไฟฟ้า
- พัฒนาและบริหารระบบ Electrical and Mechanical Safety ของโรงงาน
- จัดทำและปรับปรุงมาตรฐานการทำงานด้านไฟฟ้า (Electrical Safe Work Practices)
- กำหนดมาตรฐานการทำงานกับระบบไฟฟ้าแรงต่ำและแรงสูง
- บริหารระบบ Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) และการควบคุมพลังงานอันตราย
- กำหนดมาตรฐานการใช้ PPE สำหรับงานไฟฟ้า
- ตรวจสอบและประเมินความเสี่ยงจาก Arc Flash และ Shock Hazard
- สนับสนุนการออกแบบระบบให้มีความปลอดภัยตั้งแต่ต้น (Safety by Design)
2. การตรวจประเมินและบริหารความเสี่ยง
- นำทีมตรวจประเมินด้านความปลอดภัยของระบบไฟฟ้าและเครื่องจักร
- วิเคราะห์ความเสี่ยงและจัดทำแผนลดความเสี่ยง
- ดำเนินการ Incident Investigation และ Root Cause Analysis
- ติดตาม Corrective & Preventive Action ให้แล้วเสร็จ
3. การบริหาร Machine Safety
- สนับสนุนการประเมินความปลอดภัยของเครื่องจักร
- ตรวจสอบระบบ Interlock, Emergency Stop และ Safety Circuit
- ร่วมดำเนินโครงการปรับปรุงเครื่องจักรให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานสากล
4. การกำกับดูแลด้านกฎหมายและมาตรฐาน
- ดูแลให้เป็นไปตามกฎหมายความปลอดภัยของประเทศไทย
- ประยุกต์ใช้มาตรฐาน เช่น NFPA 70E, OSHA, IEC และมาตรฐานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานราชการและหน่วยงานตรวจประเมิน
5. การบริหารทีม
- บริหารทีมความปลอดภัย
- กำหนด KPI และแผนพัฒนาทีม
- สร้างวัฒนธรรม Zero Harm และ Continuous Improvement
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่าในสาขาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า, วิศวกรรมเครื่องกล หรือวิศวกรรมสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ด้านความปลอดภัยในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมอย่างน้อย 10 ปี
- ประสบการณ์ในการบริหารทีมอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- หากมีใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพวิศวกรรม (กว.) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีผลคะแนน TOEIC ไม่ต่ำกว่า 550 คะแนน และสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับดี
