Job Summary

In this Planning Engineer role, you will play a key part in overseeing the production planning for Low Voltage (LV), Medium Voltage (MV), and High Voltage (HV) cables, along with preparing the necessary raw materials for their manufacture. You will leverage your basic understanding of AI to enhance production planning and raw material calculations, contributing to the improvement and development of the overall planning system. Your responsibilities will also include monitoring and following up on delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment, and providing essential support and information to sales operations. Strong communication and coordination skills are vital for effective collaboration across departments, and you should be capable of working efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities

Plan production for LV, MV, and HV cables.

Prepare raw materials for LV, MV, and HV production.

Utilize AI in production planning and raw material calculations.

Improve and develop the production planning system.

Monitor and follow up on delivery schedules.

Provide support and information for sales operations.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree Industrial Engineering or related fields.
Minimum GPA: 2.75
Experience: 2–3 years of experience in production planning.
TOEIC Score: Minimum 550
Good writing and communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly.
Good coordination and collaboration skills across departments.
Basic knowledge and understanding of AI.
Patient, responsible, and able to work well under pressure.
