Responsibilities
1. แปลภาษาและเอกสารต่างๆจากภาษาไทยเป็นภาษาพม่า อีกทั้งช่วยเหลือทีมงานฝ่ายบุคคล/หน่วยงานในองค์กรในการสื่อสารกับแรงงานต่าวด้าว
2. รับผิดชอบในการจัดอบรมและปฐมนิเทศพนักงานใหม่กลุ่มคนงาน
3. จัดเตรียมเอกสารการจ้างงานแรงงานต่างด้าวและเอกสารอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจ้างงาน
4. ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานราชการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจ้างงานแรงงานต่างด้าว
5. งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- จบการศึกษาในระดับ/วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขามนุษย์ศาสตร์, ภาษาศาสตร์
- มีทักษะในการจัดการและการสื่อสาร มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
- มีความอดทนต่อความกดดันในสถานการณ์ต่างๆ สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- มีความยืดหยุ่นในเรื่องของเวลาการทำงาน
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้อย่างดี (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- หากมีความเข้าใจ/ประสบการณ์งานเอกสารการจ้างงานแรงงานต่างด้าว จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
