Production manager (Food) - Perfect Companion Group Co.,Ltd. (Factory)

1. Production Planning and Execution:

Develop production plans, schedules, and resource allocation to meet production targets and customer demands.

Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

Coordinate with procurement and inventory departments to ensure availability of raw materials and packaging supplies.

2. Team Leadership and Development:

Supervise and mentor production supervisors, Operators, and line workers.

Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.

Foster a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and safety awareness.

3. Quality Assurance and Compliance:

Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure product consistency and adherence to specifications.

Monitor and enforce compliance with relevant food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and GHP (Good Hygiene Practices).

Investigate and address any production-related quality issues or customer complaints.

4. Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure proper functioning and maintenance of production equipment.

Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime and production delays.

Identify opportunities for equipment upgrades or improvements to enhance productivity and safety.

5. Continuous Improvement and Cost Optimization:

Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and waste minimization.

Implement lean manufacturing principles and practices to streamline operations and maximize efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement productivity enhancement initiatives.

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as food science, engineering, or operations management (or equivalent work experience).
2. 10+ years experience in food production management.
3. Working knowledge of quality control and food safety standards (HACCP, GHP, etc.)
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
5. Strong organizational and time-management skills
6. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
7. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
