ช่างบอยเลอร์ - Perfect Companion Group Co.,Ltd. (Factory)

•  ควบคุมการเดินเครื่องหม้อไอน้ำให้สามารถผลิตไอน้ำได้อย่างต่อเนื่องตามความต้องการของกระบวนการผลิต 
•  ตรวจสอบแรงดันไอน้ำ อุณหภูมิ ระดับน้ำ เชื้อเพลิง และค่าการทำงานต่าง ๆ ของ Boiler ให้อยู่ในเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน 
•  ตรวจสอบการทำงานของอุปกรณ์ประกอบ เช่น Feed Water Pump, Softener, Water Treatment System, Air Compressor, Fuel System และ Steam Distribution System 
•  ดำเนินการ Start-up และ Shutdown Boiler ตามขั้นตอนมาตรฐาน (SOP) 
•  ตรวจสอบคุณภาพน้ำ Boiler และดำเนินการเติมสารเคมีตามมาตรฐานเพื่อป้องกันการเกิดตะกรันและการกัดกร่อน 
•  บันทึกข้อมูลการเดินเครื่อง รายงานค่าพารามิเตอร์ และจัดทำ Log Sheet ประจำวัน 
•  ตรวจสอบอุปกรณ์ความปลอดภัย เช่น Safety Valve, Pressure Gauge, Water Level Gauge และ Alarm System ให้พร้อมใช้งาน 
•  แจ้งหัวหน้างานหรือฝ่ายซ่อมบำรุงทันทีเมื่อพบความผิดปกติของเครื่องจักร พร้อมดำเนินการแก้ไขเบื้องต้นตามอำนาจหน้าที่ 
•  ดำเนินกิจกรรมบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (PM) และสนับสนุนงานซ่อมบำรุงร่วมกับทีมวิศวกรรม 
•  ดูแลความสะอาดและความเป็นระเบียบของ Boiler House ตามหลัก 5ส. 
•  ปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายโรงงาน กฎหมายความปลอดภัย และข้อกำหนดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับหม้อไอน้ำอย่างเคร่งครัด 
•  ปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดด้าน GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, FSSC 22000 และมาตรฐานอื่น ๆ ของบริษัท 
•  สนับสนุนกิจกรรมด้านพลังงาน การลดการใช้เชื้อเพลิง และการปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพของระบบสาธารณูปโภค 
•  ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
