Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare audit programs, conduct fieldwork, and ensure sufficient, reliable work papers.
- Summarize audit results, provide suggestions, report to superiors or auditees, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Coordinate support for J-Sox audits.
- Perform special assignments as assigned by superiors, Such as support ISO14001,ISO45001 ASI audits in coordination with other departments.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the adequacy of internal control and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policy, procedure and code of conduct.
- Have a strong understanding of audit methodology.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-5 years of experience in internal audit, compliance, or related functions, experience in the industrial sector is a plus.
- Knowledge and skill of internal controls, risk management, and all audit processes.
- Keen on auditing with analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication skills, able to prepare reports and presentations.
- Proficiency in MS Office or other audit-related software is an advantage.
- Able to work under pressure and willing to work hard.
