IT Engineer -Application Support - UACJ (Thailand) Co., Ltd

1. Maintain and support existing business applications currently used within the organization.

2. Coordinate and monitor new application development projects with internal teams or

external vendors.

3. Gather and analyze user requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

4. Assist in system design at the functional level.

5. Develop and control project timelines to ensure on-time delivery.

6. Track project progress and report status updates to management.

7. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and control project deliverables.

8. Prepare system documentation and user manuals.

9. Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues.

10. Coordinate with vendors or developers to resolve complex technical problems.

11. Ensure system stability, updates, and continuous improvement of applications.

12. IT Support in Bangkok Office (Co-ordinate with Infrastructure & Support team in Rayong)

UACJ (Thailand) Co., Ltd. launched the first stage of its operations in January, 2014 as the Southeast Asian production base of the UACJ Group.
Following the completion of the second construction term in summer 2015, the company began full-scale production as the largest aluminum sheet and plate rolling mill in Southeast Asia.
