Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS) and conduct Internal Quality Audits (System, Process, and Product Audits).
- Support customer complaint resolution and verify the implementation and effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
- Assist with customer and supplier QMS audits, coordinating audit activities with relevant departments.
- Support root cause analysis and problem-solving initiatives to identify and address issues, defects, and recurring problems across multiple products.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and accurate records.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in maintaining a Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 requirements.
- Basic knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with data analysis tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team.
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 Core Tools, Root Cause Analysis, and QC 7 Tools is a plus.
- Experience in customer complaint management, including 8D report preparation and follow-up, is a plus.
- Experience in supporting customer and supplier audits and driving improvement activities is a plus.
- Experience as an Internal Quality Auditor conducting System, Process, and Product Audits is a plus.
