Responsibilities

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  1. Present and sell the company’s Software Solutions and Hardware Solutions to enterprise and corporate customers (B2B).

  2. Understand customer requirements, business challenges, and pain points, and propose appropriate end-to-end solutions.

  3. Provide basic technical consultation on solutions, including:

  4. Software platforms, applications, and system integration

  5. Hardware, IT infrastructure, IoT, security, or related devices

  6. Prepare sales documents such as quotations, proposals, and technical presentations.
  7. Coordinate with internal teams (Pre-Sales, Engineering, Project, and Support) to ensure smooth sales processes and successful project delivery.
  8. Manage customer relationships throughout the sales lifecycle: pre-sales, sales, and post-sales.
  9. Maintain and manage sales pipeline, follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close deals in line with sales targets.
  10. Keep up-to-date with new technologies, solutions, and market trends.
  11. Prepare sales reports and update management on sales progress and customer status.


Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  2. Experience in selling solution / project.
  3. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  4. Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical customers (engineering background is not required).
  5. Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
  6. Self-motivated, responsible, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies.
  7. Strong teamwork and cross-functional coordination skills.
  8. Experience in project-based or enterprise (B2B) sales is an advantage.
  9. Proficient in MS Office
  10. Understanding of IT systems, software applications, hardware, or solution-based sales.
