Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive sales and maintain customer relationships in Bangkok and its vicinity.


1.) Drive Business Growth and Client Satisfaction

  • Deliver compelling product presentations tailored to existing clients' needs
  • Strategically expand our customer base in Bangkok and surrounding areas
  • Conduct regular client visits to nurture relationships and identify new opportunities


2.) Manage Client Relationships Effectively

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Promptly address and resolve client concerns, liaising with internal teams as necessary


3.) Contribute to Strategic Decision-Making

  • Generate and present comprehensive weekly performance reports
  • Analyse sales data to inform business strategies and improve processes


4.) Demonstrate Product Expertise and Market Awareness

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities
  • Provide valuable insights to both clients and internal teams

Remuneration:

We offer a competitive package (25,000 - 40,000 THB monthly) including:

  • Performance-based commission
  • Vehicle depreciation allowance
  • Transportation and telephone allowances

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in B2B sales, preferably in a related industry
  • Proven track record in account management and client retention
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
  • Valid driving licence and access to a personal vehicle
