Responsibilities
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบหลัก:
- ดำเนินการตรวจสอบสภาพรถยนต์มือสองตามมาตรฐานวิศวกรรมและขั้นตอนที่กำหนดโดย one2car.com
- ตรวจสอบโครงสร้างตัวถังรถยนต์ ตรวจวัดความหนาของสีรถ ตรวจสอบสภาพภายนอกและภายในรถยนต์
- ตรวจสอบการทำงานของระบบต่างๆ ในรถยนต์โดยใช้เครื่องมือวินิจฉัยที่เหมาะสม
- ตรวจสอบสภาพเครื่องยนต์ แบตเตอรี่ ช่วงล่าง ยาง ล้อ และระบบเบรก
- บันทึกและจัดทำรายงานผลการตรวจสอบอย่างละเอียดและถูกต้อง
- ให้คำแนะนำและข้อมูลทางเทคนิคแก่ลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับสภาพรถยนต์
- ทำงานร่วมกับทีมขายและฝ่ายบริการลูกค้าเพื่อให้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องเกี่ยวกับรถยนต์
- ช่วยพัฒนาและปรับปรุงมาตรฐานการตรวจสอบรถยนต์ของ one2car.com
- ป้องกันข้อผิดพลาดและรักษามาตรฐานคุณภาพของ iCar Asia (Thailand) Ltd. และเว็บไซต์ one2car.com
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย, ปวช., ปวส. หรือปริญญาตรีหรือเทียบเท่าในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น วิศวกรรม อุตสาหกรรม หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานเกี่ยวกับรถยนต์ การตรวจสอบรถยนต์ หรืองานที่เกี่ยวข้อง 1-3 ปี
- มีความรู้และความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับเทคโนโลยียานยนต์ ระบบเครื่องยนต์ และอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ในรถยนต์
- สามารถใช้เครื่องมือและอุปกรณ์ในการตรวจสอบรถยนต์ได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และมีทักษะการสังเกตที่ดี
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการทำงานเป็นทีมที่ดี
- มีใบขับขี่รถยนต์และสามารถขับรถยนต์ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีความรู้ด้านการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาและการแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับรถยนต์
- มีความสามารถในการใช้งาน Google Workspace และ Microsoft Office
- มีความซื่อสัตย์ มีจริยธรรม และมีความรับผิดชอบสูง
- มีใจรักในงานบริการและสามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้ดี
