Responsibilities

Job Overview:
The Company is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Assistant IT Manager to support the IT Manager in overseeing ERP systems, IT operations, application development, and IT support services. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising an IT team comprising 3 Programmers and 1 IT Support staff, and for ensuring that all information systems and IT services effectively support the Company’s business operations, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the management, maintenance, and continuous improvement of ERP systems to support business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Gather and analyze user requirements, assess business needs, coordinate system development activities, and support ERP enhancement initiatives.
• Supervise, assign, monitor, and review the performance of the IT team, comprising 3 Programmers and 1 IT Support staff.
• Lead application development, system implementation, troubleshooting, and IT service improvement activities in alignment with business requirements.
• Coordinate with users, management, vendors, and internal team members to ensure effective communication, timely project completion, and reliable system support.
• Maintain and control IT documentation, including system flows, user manuals, testing records, change requests, and related reports.
• Support IT security, data backup, access control, and risk prevention measures to safeguard the Company’s information systems and data assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or other related fields.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in IT, system development, ERP implementation/support, or related functions.
• Proven experience in a supervisory, team leader, or assistant manager capacity is required.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, business process analysis, requirement gathering, system testing, user training, and issue resolution.
• Knowledge of software development, database management, system analysis, IT infrastructure, and IT support operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, planning, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively with users across departments and translate business requirements into practical IT solutions.
• Good command of written and spoken English will be an advantage.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in a manufacturing business or factory environment will be an advantage.
• Experience in ERP implementation, migration, customization, or system integration projects.
• Background in programming, database management, reporting tools, or system analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within established deadlines.
