Responsibilities

ผู้จัดการฝึกหัด ร้านแมคโดนัลด์

มีโอกาสเติบโตไปสู่ ผู้จัดการร้าน ภายใน 2 ปี

โดยมีระบบการเรียนรู้ การสอน เพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพ ให้สามารถทำงานด้านบริหารได้มากขึ้น

งานที่คุณจะได้ทำ

1. ฝึกสอน ตรวจสอบ และบริหารการทำงานของพนักงานได้ในทุก Station

2. สามารถปฏิบัติและบริหารงานในส่วน Production โดยรักษามาตรฐานได้ตามที่บริษัทกำหนด

3. สามารถปฏิบัติและบริหารงานในส่วน Service ได้เป็นอย่างดี

4. รักษาระดับความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า ให้อยู่ในระดับสูงสุด และสามารถบริหารจัดการแก้ไขปัญหาให้ลูกค้าได้เป็นอย่างดี

5. ดูแลงานในช่วงการเปิด-ปิดร้าน และงานที่เกี่ยวข้องได้

6. เข้าใจเรื่อง Promotion เป็นอย่างดี และสามารถบริหารทีมให้สร้างยอดขายได้ตามนโยบายของบริษัท

7. สามารถบริหารควบคุมเรื่องผลกำไรและต้นทุนต่าง ๆ ของร้าน

8. รู้และเข้าใจกฎระเบียบของบริษัท รวมถึงให้การสนับสนุนและปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบ

9. ทำงานเอกสารประจำวันที่ได้รับมอบหมาย รวมถึงการดูแลเรื่องการเงินได้อย่างถูกต้อง

อายุ 22 ปีขึ้นไป วุฒิปริญญาตรี (ยินดีรับเด็กจบใหม่)
บุคลิกภาพดี มีความมั่นใจ รักในงานบริการ
คล่องแคล่ว พูดจาฉะฉาน
มีความสามารถในการวางแผน และ การจัดการปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า
สามารถทำงานได้ 6 วันต่อสัปดาห์ และ เข้างานเป็น กะ เวลาตามกำหนดได้
ไม่มีโรคติดต่อร้ายแรง
ไม่มีรอยสักนอกร่มผ้า
สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้
หากมีประสบการณ์งานบริการ้านอาหารจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
