• วิเคราะห์สภาวะการแข่งขันทางการขายและตลาดคู่แข่ง เพื่อระบุโอกาสในการขาย โดยรวบรวมข้อมูลจากทีมขายและสื่อต่างๆ
• กำหนดทิศทางและช่องทางการขาย พร้อมวิเคราะห์ยอดขายของแต่ละช่องทาง
• วางแผนและจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขายร่วมกับฝ่ายการตลาด เช่น การจัดโปรโมชันประจำปี
• ติดตามและตรวจสอบผลการปฏิบัติงานด้านการขายของพนักงานในทีม
• วางแผนการขยายฐานลูกค้าใหม่ โดยการประชุมร่วมกับทีมเพื่อระบุผู้มุ่งหวัง
• กำหนดแนวทางในการดูแลและรักษาฐานลูกค้าเก่า รวมถึงการป้องกันคู่แข่ง โดยการประชุมร่วมกับทีม
• วางแผนและจัดตารางการเข้าเยี่ยมลูกค้า
• สรุปข้อมูลผลการดำเนินงานของทีม เพื่อนำเสนอในการประชุมฝ่ายขาย
• ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

• อายุระหว่าง 30 - 40 ปี
• สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านบริหารการขายอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
• สามารถเดินทางไปปฏิบัติงานต่างจังหวัดและค้างคืนได้
• มีความกระตือรือร้น มีความเชื่อมั่นในตนเอง และพร้อมรับความท้าทายในการทำงาน
• มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การนำเสนอข้อมูล และมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
• มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัวและใบอนุญาตขับขี่เพื่อใช้ในการปฏิบัติงาน
• หากมีประสบการณ์งานขายในกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมต่างๆ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านการขายของเหลวที่ใช้ในกระบวนการหล่อลื่น หรือการควบคุมเครื่องจักร จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• หากสามารถสื่อสารภาษาญี่ปุ่น จีน หรืออังกฤษได้ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
