Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities (หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ)
- Walk around and check safety conditions in the company area, and take photos to report any unsafe actions or unsafe conditions.
- Prepare a daily safety inspection report and submit it to the Safety Manager and Plant Manager.
- Monitor and inspect the work of contractors in the company to ensure they follow safety standards.
- Prepare safety documents and safety information boards, and guide employees to follow safety rules and safety manuals.
- Plan the annual work environment measurement and join the team in conducting the measurements.
- Summarize and report the work environment measurement results to the Safety Manager and Plant Manager.
- Follow up on corrective actions based on the daily safety inspection report and/or unsafe conditions reported through various channels; verify safety inspections in the workplace.
- Verify on-the-job training (OJT) for employees in the work area; check and approve work permits according to engineering safety standards.
- Follow company policies and support projects that help achieve company goals. Perform other safety-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Collaborate and coordinate activities related to quality systems such as GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, BRC, IFS, Food Safety, and ISO 45001.
Qualifications
Requirements (คุณสมบัติ)
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety.
- At least 1 year of experience in safety work within the food manufacturing industry.
- Responsible and able to work well as part of a team.
- Able to work in shifts and work 6 days per week.
