Responsibilities
- Control and supervise the quality of the noodle production process and seasoning production process to meet standards.
- Test/review daily production quality reports, such as sensory test results, and inform the analysis and test results to the daily product release system.
- Test the sensory capability of subordinates and relevant personnel, as well as analyze and evaluate the results.
- Plan and implement improvements to the inspection system to enhance work efficiency.
- Monitor and report the results of the verification system (VALIDATION) for HACCP – CCP.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree up, Major in Food Science, Science, or related field
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Experience at least 1 years in food industry.
- Can work with 6 days/week. (Monday to Saturday)
- Good English skill in handwriting.
- Have knowledge of food safety system such as GHP, HACCP, FSSC, BRC, IFS and related system.
