Responsibilities
1. จัดทำเอกสารเกี่ยวกับการฝึกอบรมภายใน (In house training) ให้เป็นไปตามแผนการอบรมประจำปี และ การฝึกอบรมภายนอก (Outside training) รวมถึงงาน PR, PO, GRN ที่เกี่ยวกับงานอบรมทั้งหมด
2. จัดหา Supplier สำหรับเสนอราคาการฝึกอบรม เพื่อเปรียบเทียบทั้งเนื้อหาหลักสูตรและงบประมาณ ให้เป็นไปตามวัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตรนั้นๆ
3. ดูแล จัดเตรียมเกี่ยวกับ สถานที่ห้องอบรม, อุปกรณ์ โสตต่าง ๆ, จัดเตรียมเอกสารในการประกอบการอบรมและข้อมูลอื่นๆ พร้อมทั้งเตรียมอาหารว่างสำหรับเบรคให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบาย ASV Nutrition (Health Well-being), อาหารกลางวันสำหรับวิทยากร
4. บันทึกผลการฝึกอบรมในเอกสารต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องในระบบ ISO และอื่นๆในระบบ Tiger soft เพื่อเป็นฐานข้อมูลของการอบรม
5. จัดทำการติดตามผลภายหลังการอบรม และวิเคราะห์ผลการอบรม ในแต่ละคอร์ส เพื่อพัฒนาและปรับปรุงหลักสูตรให้ดีขึ้นต่อไป 6) ประสานงาน ติดตามข้อมูล และจัดทำเอกสารการอบรม ส่งกับกรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน ให้ทันตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด

Qualifications
- ระดับการศึกษาปริญญาตรี (สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง)
- เป็นผู้มีความพิการทางร่างกายหรือการเคลื่อนไหว (ประเภทที่ 3)
- ความสามารถพิเศษ สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้, ภาษาอังกฤษดีพอใช้
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในสายงานด้านทรัพยากรมนุษย์หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี สามารถสื่อสารประสานงานกับฝ่ายอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องได้ดี
